Hi, I had a problem in the mission Speak of the Devil, where the body of an NPC called Richie was buried in the ground and I couldn't reach it, which was necessary for the progression of the mission. Does anyone know how I could fix it?

@lgsm *****SPOILERS AHEAD***** Will include the steps I followed to fix the issue at the bottom in case my text doesn't make sense here. Not sure if you already found this resolution, including it here just in case. I had the same problem and used an IGN guide to do a sequence break. Oddly enough the sequence break didn't work toward completing the quest, instead it fixed the issue with Richie being buried underground. I went to Mass Pike Tunnel and cleared it out, then went to the BADTFL Regional office, cleared it out using the IGN guide and then continued following the quest instructions to upload a holotape and transferred it's contents. After that I fast traveled to the tower where Richie should've been which fixed the issue.

1. Travel to Mass Pike Tunnel and clear it out (Location can be googled)
2. Travel to BADTFL Regional Office and clear it out (Location can be googled, recommend also using IGN Speak of the Devil guide as it calls out important things you'll need for the next step)
3. Travel to OSC-527 Relay and upload Holotape found in step 2 (Quest steps should guide you and IGN guide should be helpful as well)
4. Fast Travel back to OMC-810 Relay Tower (The one with Richie the NPC)
5. Richie should now be at the tower, above ground and you can continue with the rest of the quest.


Let me know if this helps, I'm curious to know if this works consistently or if I just got lucky with Richie finally spawning above ground even though I tried fast traveling before I found the above fix.

If he is invisible when you do so, use enable.
