Need A Way to Get Ammo for Nail Gun, Saw Blade Launcher

These weapons are a good addition, but the lack of ammo at vendors makes them almost useless. There should be either a vendor or workbench/craft option for these.

Wanted an explosives run, but saw that missiles seems to be level scales to start appearing around 8+.

You could always give yourself the rule that for every nail you buy from the vendor you console it to add 10 as much.
