This places a safe by you with EVERYTHING from that CC, also you can refill it by opening console, clicking on it and:

let's say you want more nails. Drop them all. now pick up one. type 'prid 14; inv' and it will be the last item listed, since you just picked it up, and then 'player.additem <ID> <amount>'
anyone that sells weapons/ammo will have some, but it's supposed to be rare, they're insanely powerful... if you had 1000 sawblades you'll just use the blade launcher exclusively, and the grenade launcher has such a range and room-clearing ability it's downright comical.
