Is there a way to download th game without the latest next gen patch that broke mods?
I just want to play the game with mods after many years, that's it.

If you act quickly you can get the non NG version on GOG. Bethesda say NG will be released on GOG soon. However maybe they will slow that down due to the many issues linked to NG.
