FPS fix, how to unlock FPS, how to unlock 48, 40, 55 fps cap
Hi, everyone after couple hours of trying to fix fps cap i tryed everything that i could find on steam and reddit but nothing worked (iPresentInterval, Read-Only, Nvidia Control Panel etc.) i found solution that worked for me.
Firs of all my spec: Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Gaming RTX 3050TI + R5 5600H + 144Hz 2K External Display

Video that helped solve problem (Its for AMD but work for Nvidia)

First. Set *Always Off* for Whait for Vertical Refresh and *Off* for AMD Free Sync in Amd Software (if you have ryzen APU) to remove 48, 55 fps cap if you using 144, 120, 165 Hz monitor. This allow you to play in 60 fps on any Refrash Rate.

Second. Use Special K program. Just download, install, select Fallout 4 and launch. Hit Ctrl+Shift+Backspace to change fps if needed.

Chaning Interval didn´t help this time, but after reading this post I double checked AMD settings.
It comes out that you have to turn "Wait for Vertical Sync" from "Off, unless app..." to "Always OFF".
Now I can in 86-120 iChill range again.

Go to nvidia control panel.
Manage 3d settings > Program Settings > Fallout 4
refresh rate = Highest available
Vertical sync = On(if you have gsync or freesync
Frame cap = To your liking, I used 120 before and game looks smooth as butter but I then lowered it just to reduce the GPU load.
