Creation club and using different accounts questions

So at some point I "purchased" some creations for free (100% discount) on this account, like :

pink pip boy paint
red pip boy paint
pink power armor paint

and other pip boy and power armor paints.

I can't seem to find those creations on the creation club store page anymore.

When logging my other steam account (that also has Fo4 goty purchased) on the same PC, I can't find those creations on the store as well, AND they don't show up in the "purchased" category which makes sense.

However, i CAN upgrade my pip boy with a pink or red paint on the armor workbench in game.

So I have 2 questions :

- can you fully use creations purchased on one account on other accounts as long as you log steam on the same PC ?

-Where did those pip boy and armor paints go ? Are they now part of the base game (would explain why they don't show up AND why I can use them on the account that didnt purchase them).

I would say no. Sharing is not possible.

I suspect CC content is tied to your individual bethesda account, which is tied to your steam account. As for missing content, perhaps its outdated and pulled off the market or due to be added later? Not really sure I never used the creation club.

I bought the game for 3 steam accounts/3 pc's, so I can't say for certain.

well so far those paint jobs are shared.

I guess I will buy something with my 100 free coins and see if its being shared by my 2 accounts
