Go much higher and they glitches can appear. At 60 fps you can safely enter Armour from all angles as with terminal, including using the Armour at some desks, while still in it.
There are terminals that just won't accept you till you are out off the Armour no matter the scenario.
My first play through was 120 hz and 120 fps when it could in certain areas and i noticed instantly the way i entered those animations it had a chance to jump/stick. Researching and locking it to 60 cured it instantly.
The companion speeding animation was the only other noticeable effect.
High FPS Fix mod is also broken.
So lock fps to 60fps in nvidia control panel.
The game will speed up animations if you play at higher frame rates.
120 Fps-ish still looks tolerable but its noticeable in places, and then if fps are uncapped things like the lockpicking game or dialogues become unplayable because the fps skyrockets
Load accelerator (this one https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10283?tab=description )
Fully works with ipresentinterval=1 (vsync on). What it does is uncapping the fps during loading screens, so those are sped up (yes loading screen speed is tied to fps too LOL)
