that code didnt work for me but i found it using the help command 'help 40mm 0' it brings up a list of item with said related name along with the Id code

Not to mention if you have other creation Club content it will change to a new letter like originally my Sentinel power armor was fe04a855 but after this update it became fe04b855, in fact a few things had that happen to them, including some of my modded things such as one of the modded dogs I have went from being 11000fa3 to 12000fa3 I think? And considering these two tend to have a bad habit of disappearing on me causing me to need to use the ".moveto player" command it might be a good idea to check any thing you need the console command for that isn't in the base game

I would suggest getting a piece of the armor you want and dropping it on the ground and then picking it up without putting it in your inventory and then using the command "GetPlayerGrabbedRef" to get the ID number for your particular loadout and seeing if that works for you, granted if you play the Echoes of the Past quest and all of it side quest at the end you should get plenty of the armor.

From what I've seen you can occasionally buy it from the other vendors that sell weapons and not just the one that comes from the creation Club, but I don't think you can create it also I think you can also find the grenade launchers for this particular ammo type in different locations such as occasionally finding the pipe one on enemies if I remember correctly, and the Chinese one at military checkpoints on rare occasions

Suggs and Cricket sell them. That's all I've found so far. (cheap too)

FYI, The grenade launcher works well against Hellfire Armor (and normal power armor), but does diddly against the guy at Nuka World (after using the squirt gun). I hit him with 6-8 grenades from the grenade launcher and barely made a dent. I tried again with a wounding submachine gun and killed him in about 2 seconds. Just saying.

The Makeshift Weapons ammo is level list injected into most (not all) vendors using a standard Creation Club function.

Weapon is stupidly OP and unbalanced.
The scarcity of ammo is the only balancing factor. Even then it is stupidly cheap. Like 50 times cheaper than a frag grenade? Ridiculous.

It´s balanced versus a rocket launcher. Rocket launcher does less damage but flies infinite distance while the 40mm frag does more damage but does not go that far away. You seem to not know how to balance stuff. In close range the 40mm is for sure a lot better, on a distance the rpg will still kill everything faster.

The only failbalance is the price of the 40mm, that is really too cheap. But Fallout 4 was never meant to be competive, a fun game, not more or less.
