FO4SE alternatives?
the update broke my modlist, ended up deleting everything just to be able to run a vanilla game ATM (save for cheat terminal)

does anyone have a list of mods that work with the update, or an alternative to Script Extender that isn't currently compromised by the update?

Their isn't any, you need to look for a way to Roll back your game and delete new CC packs that was installed, look through the posts, theres many posts that how it or look at the F4SE post on the Nexus, they have a post on it and the links you need.

You just roll it back. There are guides with all depot ids available. There's really nothing the update brings that wasn't already implemented (and in a better way) by mods. If anything, the update is likely worsening the experience because it forces to uninstall UF4P which fixed thousands of bugs. And it also very likely introduced new bugs which weren't yet discovered. It's a joke. I don't get why anyone would ever want it.

I'll look for those, I was hoping there was a way to run the game pre update again, because this is rediculous

There is a way (you can use the main post or the link to a guide from one of the responses)

That is a good mod list, sadly I'm on a slightly older gaming laptop and that's about half of my GBs lol

and thanks for the other link, I'll dive into it

So you failed to prevent updates and the solution was to delete all your mods?
....:steamfacepalm:
Why didnt you just clone your profile and disable mods?

Create a profile
Set your profile to ONLY use saves played with the profile.
Clone your profile.
Disable all mods in the new profile.

I have like six different profile with varied mods that CANNOT be run together in the same profile (like Horizon and Sim Settlements 2) and whenever I want to test out something new, I clone the profile, copy saves to the new profile (so I keep the original) and give it a go.
