Where is gym equipment?

I've been trying to find weight benches and other gym equipment in the settlement build menu, not finding them. Anyone care to tell me where to look? Thanks.

Don't have Valt-Tech workshop DLC. Is it required for gym equipment?

Furniture > Misc > scroll way to the right, they are next to each other. That's where it usually is iirc

Yes the weights bench and pommel horse etc are part of the Vault-Tec/Vault 88 DLC.

The weight bench and pommel horse are available from the beginning (assuming the DLC is installed, of course) without having to do anything. Though most other things added by the DLC do require you to either complete the quest or kill the overseer.
