But if you mean a patch to keep the current version but fix new bugs that will be awhile F4SE will take some time to update and the Unofficial patch will take a bit longer to update.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's an update or two later. They updated Skyrim AE a few times, if memory serves.

I personally recommend "YOU DID IT AGAIN!!" stitched right onto the lapel of your finest suit.
So give it some time, could b e a month before you can play FO4 again (if you are on PC). I do not use a box so I do not know if their versions are working or not. Also keep a eye out for mods to fix the bugs that Betheseda is introducing. I think I might just try and roll back the game version (got up and the game was already patched) so i can play while I wait for the fixes.
I tried to play a full vanilla (new Game) and after about 3 hours I was finally out of Sanctuary. I rushed it to get rid of preston. So I will never have to step foot near him again. They 5 minute load times are just to much of a pain.
