Im having the same issue, moving fast as hell, dialogue is overlapping each other, trying to loot things is just picking up the object insteading of looting

yea good ol Bethesda, the main fix for this that I've seen is to limit your FPS in your Nvidia control panel (if you have a nvidia card). you can find an option to set a max FPS limit. 120FPS works fine and won't break the game.

Bethesda games always tie their physics system to the renderer. If you go over the framelock (without mods to fix it) your game will be super speed. Been an issue with ever last game they have ever made.
Just turn on vsync

Well, they said "next gen" update, not "last gen".

The physics in the game are still tied to the FPS.
You have to run it at 60FPS or things will break.

HAHAHAHA "next gen" update...

You do realise that Vsync with a 240Hz monitor would limit the fps to 240, which would be useless in this case. I have a 240 Hz monitor and the game is running with default settings, so Vsync is on and the game runs with >230 fps breaking everything.

locked to 120 fps, works fine so far - BUT all this has nothing to do with "nextGen" :/
