Mods is NOT Compatible with latest version of the game.
To play the mods you have to first downgrade Fallout 4
Downgrading your game
Press WIN+R and write steam://open/console
In the Steam console, proceed to download the 1.10.163.0 version with the following commands that you MUST run one at a time, waiting for each one to complete before launching the next. The console will tell you when each download is finished:

When this is done, head to your Steam folder in steamapps\content\app_377160\
This can usually be found by going to your Fallout 4 game directory, and going up two levels to the steamapps folder where you will find the newly downloaded files in distinct sub-folders.
If you do not know where your Fallout 4 folder is, you can find it by opening Vortex and on the mods tab, click the "Open" button and choose the "Open game folder" option.
If you can't find the files in the above location follow the link mentioned in the download.
In my case: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_377160\".
Copy all of the files from inside the depot folders into your main Fallout 4 game folder, letting them overwrite everything.
DO NOT COPY THE DEPOT FOLDERS - COPY ONLY THE FILES INSIDE THEM.
Repeat for all Depot folders and you're done. Now you're ready to continue on modding.
