Enclave quest

Anyone started the Enclave quest yet, or know where to go to start it?

its like just below the museum of witchcraft by the highway, should be a mission called echos of the past, its like two missions and seems to be intended for very late game just to say they mentioned the enclave

there is 1 call the forge its random i run into it i kill a bandit that wear a unclave armor dont take it like i did because after that there is dead squar chassing you to get back the armor and they are very strong and ambush you out of no where

[The Infamous Cloaker]

It seems bugged as the tracking beacon % message disappears at random. Typical Bethesda.

[Dexter in the Dark]

it was by the ghoul farm up north forget the name, just on the other side of the river, a fun little quest
