American Rising: Legacy of the Enclave mod

Does anybody else have the problem that when they try an look at the mod mentioned in the title the game kicks you back the title stating "The Operation cannot be complete"?

I'm looking to mod my game only using the Bethesda dot net mods and this mod in particular is giving me problems

Well there are official enclave PAs in the game now, the mod of probably broken and needs an update.
