The game cannot be run at faster than 60 FPS. Lock your framerate to 60 and you can play.
There is a way to have an unlocked framerate and play. Download the Fallout 4 Script Extender from Nexus Mods and find the high fps physics mod.
Agreed! I have the same setup and I use the high fps physics mod which also has the FPS limiter built in. I set mine around 120 and it fixes the physics almost completely.
Is that not correct?
According to the author, this update is like Skyrim going to Anniversary Edition as far as the technicalities of the mod working. He doesn't know when it will be done.
Once he updates, get the F4SE and the Address Library for plugins. Then find the high fps physics mod. It's not that hard.
Not going to mod until all is settled.
