All Hallow's Eve Quest Issue

Trying the new patch stuff that was released and trying to start the quest All Hallow's Eve but it isn't progressing. Essentially, the quest requests you to listen to a mysterious signal on the pip-boy radio but there's no audio on my end and nothing is happening. Am I missing something?

I know this content is a CC pack so it's not originally with the regular game, but was wondering if anyone else had this issue and maybe found a solution.

Go to the location (Harbormaster Hotel) to start the quest manually. The first door on your left when you enter.

Thanks for the info, that step worked. I was able to get the CC content to start after going to the hotel like you said! I appreciate your help!

If you highlight the quest, then hit "R" or select "Show Location" it will zip to where it is on the map. Fast travel there, or as close as possible and just walk in.

I checked the installed files AGAIN and this time the signal beacon worked
