Any1 else dialogue audio/lipsync animation broken?
Lines are horribly out of pace with the animation and sometimes the different audio lines overlap on one another.

Yes, mine is as well.

I believe this is tied to frame rates being to high. The games animations and dialogue are predicated on a low framerate. When you get into high frame rates the whole world goes faster, movement, animations and interactions with NPC's and enemies.

Is that the case for you? Are you running like 100fps or more?

The game breaks if its over like 80 fps... Mine runs at lightspeed with 300+ fps. Have to use Radeon chill to lock it to 75.

i have mine set to 60 fps, and before the update it was working ok and not their lips are glitching

If your using AMD then go into Adrenalin, select Fallout 4. Enable Radian Chill. Set min FSP to 60 and max to whatever your monitor is. Enable Enhanced Sync.

Set your maximum frame rate in your Nvidia control panel for the game to 60 FPS to fix the lip sync and sound issues.

i find it odd that people keep forgetting this

but also i wish the devs would just fix it like they did in fallout 76.

The Radeon Chill option helped with the animation and audio sync issue, but the menus are compeletely unusable. Uncapped framerate on those causes unusable menus. Even setting Chill to 30 still have unusable menus. Can't complete character gen on start.

I didn't have any issues with creating a character. Not sure if anyone else has.

I want to say they bypassed the issue by having that sort of thing processed on their servers instead of on each individual users PC. But I'm not 100% sure about that.
