Lip sync issue and NPC's rushing dialouge????

Anyone having these issues where the lip sync is messed up when characters talk. Also NPC'S will just rush their dialogue giving little pause between each sentence. Any fix would be great, thanks.

Same, Still working on trying to find a fix. Had a similar issue before the update but it seems worse now

Are you playing with more than 60FPS? That could cause some problems i think.

That sad we must play in 60 fps in 2024 .... I was thinking with the update we would play with more than this

There was a FPS fix on Nexus for the pre-updated version as it was an old problem. Browse Nexus to see if it still works/updated.

yeah but nexus mod break achievements right ? I play vanilla right now i dont have any mods

1. Set your monitor to 120hz
2. Edit "Fallout4_Default.ini" in the installation folder - set iPresentInterval=2
3. Go into Adrenalin or whatever for nvidia and force vsync.

If your using AMD then go into Adrenalin, select Fallout 4. Enable Radian Chill. Set min FSP to 60 and max to whatever your monitor is. Enable Enhanced Sync.

I just don't understand this update, for some reason they turn off frame limit, under an engine whose physics goes wild past 60fps. You need to set your frame limit to 60 fps.

finaly i just put max fps to 70 and vsync on nvidia panel thats it (i play on 144 hz)

Im not sure as it isnt the normal format for F4 mods that add content. It's a f4se mod with an .ini file and an associated .dll. Best bet is to check out the mod's page on Nexus and ask if you are still having issues.
