Hud Offset bug with 1366x768 resolution

Yesterday was playing just fine, today with the update I found out everything was off.

It doesn't happen on windowed mode, neither on lowest resolution (1360x720, 1280x720 etc.).

it happens with the menu and also with during the game notifications (as radio signals or missions being updated)
hope they fix everything soon

was JUST gonna post about this... apparently i can't select anything that's not "panoramic resolution" in the launcher options. jesus christ bethesda.

Does the same thing on my ultrawide monitor using 5120x1440. I started a new game and can't see all the options like putting your name, Hud being off, certain selections are just off screen or half off screen. Playable but very annoying

I mean.. my low res was never an issue and was supported until today and no issue in 250 hours.
I changed .ini files, nvidia settings...
The game is playable and all, but if I go windowed or step down the resolution another notch with this s***** monitor i am going blind in weeks haha.

Exactly the same thing happens to me, I had 0 problems before the update and now I have this bug. My monitor is 1366x768

I saw the new Update Notes pop-up in the feed, has anything changed for our low resolution?
I unistalled the game since and I can't try it out, maybe someone has reopened the game or will in the next hours/days.

Windowed mode now works better with refresh rates. What is your display's refresh rate?

I was playing at 1366x768 60FPS (60Hz monitor).
Windowed mode was never the real issue, even if I couldn't see a thing on my monitor, it was working quite fine.
The problems i had were with the fullscreen mode, everything was off-center (Menus, In-game HUD backgrounds, sniper scopes etc.) and the framerate was unstable.
