How to fix fps and ultrawide.

Had issues with bad fps and not beeing able to set normal UW resolution.
Set windows scaling to 100%
Delete "Fallout4Prefs.ini"

Run the game again that will redo the setup and you can now select normal UW resolutions like 3440x1440.
Make sure to unselect "Windowed/Borderless"
Dont know if changing windows scaling now breaks it.
But you can uncheck scaling for the launcher and exe under property/compatability.
Now it runs the right resolution and on full fps (more than 60).

I have a 3440x1440 but I just set my display to 1920x1080 and play like that.

This works for me, but in addition to this I have to be playing in fullscreen to get the correct fps. No borderless windowed mode.

no streched UI and ultrawide works flawlessly

It's not working normally on all PCs or ultrawide, it doesn't work on mine either

So i got it now in 3440x1440 looks great. how do i do the unlocked FPS?

It worked out of the box for me, FINALLY!
Just make sure to uncheck windowed / borderless and select native. That did the trick, which actually NEVER worked before. Everything is in proportion and nothing is stretched, thank god.

Running in 5k @ 60Hz synced (5120x2160)
rock solid 60 FPS. i9 10900X rtx4080 128GB ram

Kinda worked for me, still stretched UI... Deleted all old games files and INI files from documents. Before 70ish fps stuttering mess, now 165fps at 3440x1440 ultra setting.. Cant get more with some tweaks, but dont need it, and game engine cant really handle it

this game dont run at unlocked fps -.- over 60 fps animation speed goes up faster
