Using SteamDB to install old version of FO4

Hi everyone, I just installed the Next Gen Update and not much changed for mu in a positive way. The only difference I see is that my mods broke and I can't shoot because the character keeps changing weapons non stop. I was trying to find a way to revert the installation and discovered (as far as I got to find info) that only by using the DEPOT saved versions. Problem is I'm just a casual gamer with almost no knowledge about this kind of thing. So, anyone who knows what they're doing willing to say how to do that, as it is possible and right there? =)
