Black screen with sound

Still have back screen with sound did every fix i could find from removing the weapon debris, forcing fallout to recognise my graphic card to running as admin with compatibility on windows 7 , i was hoping the new patch would repair that but still don't work.

You won't be able to play if you have this issue until a patch/fix is released. This used to be solved by setting ipresentinterval to 0 in the Ini, but post update this setting/edit no longer functions.

Ed. Actually I was able to set my monitor's refresh rate down to 120 from 480 and it solved this issue. I didn't try anything in between, but may do.

ive tried several things including changing refresh rate and caping fps, but it still black screen, also according to my overlay its still running the game at 4000fps lol

same here, tried all the tricks out there. nada. high end gaming laptop fail to work with another old game "next gen" update.

same here but i couldnt before the patch with all the trick. I was hoping the patch would make it work for me.

there is now a mod on nexus that will repackage your FO4 and downgrade it to the previous version that will then allow the ipresentInterval=0 to work again and solve fullscreen issues and fps cap, and have f4se and mods working again, search for fallout 4 downgrader follow instructions and read the lil write up, prevent FO4 from updating and youre set,
