i have a 40" ultrawide. so this update adds about 20" of view screen for me, its annoying playing on a box in the middle of my screen that is around 20".
there is actually multiple guides on how to do that already... granted i haven't tried it as i'm not running ultrawide.
And it is not perfect - none of the UWS fixes are - they make it better but not perfect
looking forward ot native 5120x1440 support - about time.
Same. 32:9 native support is what I've been waiting on since finishing the Fallout show.
OP why are you so determined for people not to be excited about it? What's it to you if people want to know when it comes out? Out here "why are you getting excited? for most of us playing this is no big deal" man just let people enjoy and get excited about things.
>>>> The update will be fast but it will break the Script Extender and even though this team should update it in the next 72 hours, all mods that depends on the F4SE would have to be updated as well and we do not know when the modders will update theirs.
On the other hand, if you do not update your game, you can continue playing it via F4SE but sooner or later you would have to update the game cause new mods will come out and they will not be compatible with the F4SE / Game old version. Period. For instance, Fallout London has been delayed due to this update cause they know that the current F4SE will break and all the mods that depends on it so they put that project on hold till F4SE update and the rest of the mods depending on, are updated too.
Understand this people, anytime a game update, the new version of the game is not anymore compatible with the current F4SE so this mod ( F4SE ) must be updated and all mods that depends on it, would have to be updated as well. So, if you want to get the update, be ready to wait a few days / probably weeks for all the mods to be updated before you can mod your game. Again, if you do not update the game today, sooner or later you will.
I don't think companies care about the player's bandwidth capabilities when it comes to downloads/patches.
Well, I am glad you don't speak for everyone on the CC. I have several and they all installed and have worked flawlessly for me. I don't mod and CC allows me to enjoy extra content without being concerned about a mod manager or load orders, etc.
If it was bad for business, it would not still be available. That is how business works. Profits.
There's actually a reason why they are adding the Halloween decorations. In case you never played the game or know the story. The bombs dropped around Halloween and all the houses in Sanctuary still have Halloween decorations in them.
Halloween is a huge part of Fallout thematically.
Jus' sayin.
You missed his point. Valve tried their own version of Creation Club and it was a total failure. He's saying Bethesda should have learned from Valve's mistake and stop trying to charge for mods.
