Personally speaking? No.
Just the size of it should turn you off fast. It's stupid big and does not really make the graphics that much better.
But it's a massive download just for better graphics
And with this pack, the texture resolutions aren't uniform across all objects anymore. Some objects have been redone and some haven't, so it's off-putting for me. You can see it in the screenshot comparisons on the site I linked. And as said above, it's a damn huge download.
we already know what it offers. It's not some huge "next gen" update graphic stuff.
its just some performance stuff, like ultra widescreen support (most likely also better support for other newer hardware)
some old CC items that we get for free + some new enclave workshop items all packed together into a quest that unlocks it all.
then 3 new weapons and some halloween workshop items.
Thats about it.
