Report a translation problem
There is no word document on the entire page. You download the 7z-archive for your game version and extract it as described in the readme.
That's the reason I'm here. I know that's not what's supposed to happen, and yet I get 1 Word document when I click on "7z-archive". If I could show you what I mean, I would.
If you do not, you'll want it, it's way better than winzip or other archive formatters.

I've been using it for like. as long as it's existed, and it's really good.
You will use that to open the archived 7z files. That's the format that many places use, and it can open windows archives or other types as well as its own.
Once you have THAT downloaded and properly installed, you will use it to open the F4SE download.
