Keep all 3 Nuka-World gangs with console command

I want to keep all three gangs and complete Nuka-World's main quest.
I don't think I've seen anyone mention this anywhere (at least not to my knowledge), so I decided to share it with everyone.
I tried to make the process as clear as possible, so it might be a bit longer than necessary.

I know we have a mod on Nexus that can do something like this but the extra content added is too much for me so I am trying to find a way to do it on my own.

I am using Unofficial Patch and Skip-raiding your own settlement mods for this and some script extender mods. I believe it should work for everyone unless you are heavily mod your Nuka-World quest.

The console command requirements are as follows:

Before "Power Play"
1) help dlc04rank 3
To check the current relationship with each gang. The lower, the better. Change them all to 1 for the best relationship.
2) set dlc04rankoperators to 1
3) set dlc04rankdisciples to 1
4) set dlc04rankpack to 1

Starting "Power Play"
Talk to Shank first but no progress will be made to the quest itself.
5) setstage dlc04mq05 30
6) setstage dlc04mq05 60
7) player.additem 0603C5A9 1 (Add plant control room key to your inventory)
8) setstage dlc04mq05 100
(All of these processes are necessary to make sure the entire quest line grey out at the end)

Go to the power plant and make your way to the top. (Feel free to go through the normal route. I want to save time so I was using "TCL" to bypass that)

Enter the room and turn on the power. Talk to Gage and complete the quest (notice the dialogue will bug out a bit). The quest will complete and begin the quest "Cleaning House".

9) setstage dlc04mq05cleanup 500
This will complete the quest.

Feel free to return to the park and chat with your gang-mate. You will receive all 3 rewards from every gang leader. (Don't mind Mason in my video. He took his sweet time getting back from the plant)

The perks seem to be bugged out too. If so, you can manually add them via the console command.
