What does the institute want with Sandy Coves Convalescent Home?
I'm collecting all the magazines of Fallout 4 and I had to go to this retirement home only to have the institute come and attack it but I don't understand why they are coming to a retirement home when there's no Grand information here just about the dead old people?

I'd also question their interest with the Mahkra Fishpacking plant. Nothing there but raiders, and old fish.

There is a theory that all the Raiders at the fish placking plant are actually Synths because they all look the same

Sandy Coves Convalescent Home was ruined by the synths showing up. It's just this little somber slice of life location that shows how people died, all alone and forgotten, the only signs that there was once life are the way the rooms remained largely untouched by anybody, not even the robots that were caretakers for the place.

You get a sense of sadness from the place, so alone and isolated, and you wonder if it was like this even before the bombs. Were these people left alone, with just robots? Did anybody visit? Did anybody care?

And then this is all shattered when the synths come in. They start shooting at the robots, and maybe yourself, and the atmosphere of this serene, somber little corner of the Commonwealth is killed. The plot tumor gets forced back into your face.

True I have gone to this place multiple times my recent play through I was on good terms with the Institute currently so the synths didn't attacked me, but they did Lady Bird(modded companion dog) and After they killed the house cats I was so mad than I killed then In retaliation.
