Best of three Questline Bug

So i'm on the best of three questline to get the tesla cannon, and I'm at the radio tower and the body that I need to investigate is just not there. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

You could try and go back to the castle then under ground save and close the game and start it up again then head back.

Make sure you have a save that is just before going to where the body is so you can fall back to it if needed.
