Item ID for the blue plastic bin?

I've tried opening the console and clicking on it but everytime i try to spawn it in it only says invalid object id. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Fallout 4 item ID list.

Just did a quick search for "bin" but only got 8 hits, none of which is the blue plastic bin.
Not saying it isn't listed, as it might be just under something other than bin?

If unable to find it you can check into some of the decoration mods out there that may/may not contain that bin.

Or mod it in yourself with the creation kit

Any item in the game can be built by the player in game if you create a recipe that allows the item to be built.
Pretty simple to do so, but if you've never used the creation kit you may want to start doing some reading first, one of the forums sticky topics is a good place to start.

Clicking on objects you see in the game world will show you only the reference ID, which is the ID assigned to that specific copy in the game world, while what you want is the form ID, which is like the blueprint used to spawn new copies.

EDIT: The following command may be useful to you:

help "plastic bin" 4

This should give you a list of the form IDs for things with the string "plastic bin" in their name.
