Mechanical Menace Quest Bug

Every time I arrive at set location, all the robots are dead and can't start quest while Ada keeps saying, "Searching for the target". Any tips to fix this bug?

I had this anoying bug too, what i did was go back to sanctuary, saved my game and quit, uninstall automatron dlc, enter the game thru my save it tells you content is gone and what not but proced, save and quit, install the dlc, load the game again, the quest will show up again, just go back there a kill those robots so the quest can proced. i tried resurrect command as some video suggested it. didnt work.
uninstall and reinstall dlc. didnt work. even tho i were next to area. oh and i didnt load save without dlc.
and find another command setstage DLC01MQ01 2400 that set quest to be completed.

the reinstall trick worked for me, i did follow the exact instructions from the reddit thread, I cant use commands on survival unless i either end the survival run by choosing another difficulty level or mod the game. This was the only solution i found that didnt requiere both
