but yeah they anounced it big only to make it a gameconsole mostly update that somehow need to be taken by the PC version too (long live multicashgrab with games made for consoles first and than get converted, without much sense for what PC hardware can do, 1o1 to PC...)

Realistically, you should cap it at your monitor's refresh rate. You won't really notice the difference, because the refresh rate is what you can see. The monitor can't display frames faster than that. I have mine set at the monitor refresh rate of 144 in 4K and can't tell the difference when I let it go to 200+ FPS.
It's going to take time to get used to that faster NPC's, that's all.

It was to sell copies ploy after the release of the Fallout show. They felt they needed a hook to grab new people and to make it look a bit better.
The High FPS Physics mod fixes that and is updated to work with the Next Gen Update. It will also significantly reduce loading screen times, I've heard.
