Sometimes the game can change things, although it is usually there.

Sometimes things are not available if you're too early a level. Don't worry about it and move on. If you post for every little dynamic change you're going to hardly ever play the game.

those kind of glitched out objects can come back to the surface but you need to leave the area alone for sometime, they will be on the ground when you visit the place next time
