Tcl broken for good?

For the life of me I cannot get tcl to work. Nothing is selected in ID. Prid doesn't do anything. I have restarted the game and my pc and tcl still won't work

I have yet to figure out the cause, been nagging at me for years. After your game has been running X amount of time the TCL just stops working, like something disables it.

You can fix this by exiting the game and loading it again. Like many of the other issues solved by the infamous "turn it off and turn it on again."
