Did the next-gen update add new voice lines?

I've played Fallout 4 to death dozens of times by now and I swear that ever since the update dropped I've been hearing dialogue that I've never heard before. It's mostly little stuff like raider flavor dialogue, or companions offhand comments on you and their surroundings. Anyone else noticing this, or am I just finally losing it?

Ive been wondering if Fusion Cores in Power armor drain faster. Ive got Nuclear Physicist maxed, but I swear I'm burning thru them faster.

Yes! I feel like whole different interactions, sentences, voice lines, comments, etc! I also feel like a few other things too like items in places that where never there, rooms being remodeled etc. I feel crazy 24/7!

This could be true. I was trying out some dialogue overhauls and interior overhauls and they both made me crash constantly. Turned them off and performance was acceptable.

There have been dialog mods that *reenable* lines that had for some reason been ignored or not properly used when the game dropped. It's possible - though highly unlikely - that the devs actually fixed that. It's far, far more likely that the CC mods they dumped into the ngu game did so.

No, the Raider dialogue has always been there. Same like in Fallout 3. The problem is that they are easily startled and most of the time you miss it.

Not heard anything new beyond the obvious lines added by the CC content.

But mods can and will add new dialogue... especially if they are reusing the recorded voice lines just rechopped up....

Given how half @ssed the update was overall, I'd be surprised if they put that much effort to add voices (and get all the actors back for other languages too)

There's no new voice lines so far as I've heard, at least not from the added CC. Even Enclave Remnants at the unlikely Atlantic Offices headquarters location just use generic settler lines "Now that's what I call Commonwealth justice." when they dispatch a Radscorpion.

I did not hear new dialogue right after the last update dropped on May 13, 2024, but in the past week I am hearing NPCs say things that I've never heard them saying before. Preston Garvey is bad mouthing the BoS and maybe the Railroad too, and Codsworth said something else like that. I'm playing plain vanilla, absolutely no mods. Could this new dialogue have been there since last year but not been said?
