Cant use registration form at start of the game?

Another day, another mod breaking something. I love this game :)

Anybody know which mod is breaking this one? I thought it was vault girl fomod, but even after removing that, I am automatically am selected on luck and can increase it with enter, decrease it with tab, but I can't move around the menu to change anything else or type a name.

raw input mouse sensitivity didn't work either, I had control of the menu for a BRIEF second, then it went away again.

I fixed it, if anybody is wondering it was the skip pre war and intro scenes mod. I answered the door like an extrovert and was able to sign up for the vault.
