Quest - speak of the devil bug?

So i got the FM holotape, but it wont let me load it in the system?
Even though i have the FM in inv, I only have an option to load AM holotape.

Is this a bug, how can i fix this?

have u unlocked the tape yet? Behind the skeleton, in the wall, is a slip of paper, it has the unlock code for the tape. U can try and hack the tape, if ya stats are good enough(I never have been able), Read the scrap of paper, then got to the broadcast tower, and load it..

I'm having the same problem, have the FM holotape, I got the password in the wall, I can read the transcripts on it so I'm pretty sure it's unlocked, there's just no option to load the FM tape onto the relay tower console.
I've tried console commands but that only gets me to be pointed in the right direction, I think if the tape isn't loaded the door doesn't unlock. I've got the quest to progress, turned on the radio and the door is still locked (and blocked.)

Then just go jam it in, load holotape FM52.7, then transfer the file "America the beautiful" into relay tower OSC-572. Job done.

Same problem as OP. When trying to load the FM holotape into the tower, only the AM is shown as an option.

I had the same problem, and realized I was at tower OMC-810, which only takes the AM tape. I used quest markers to find tower OSC-572, which allowed me to load the FM tape.
