FPS Drops/Stutters
I got a really good computer recently, noticed immediately upon loading the game the first time, I was capped at 40fps, lowered refresh rate to 120hz like on my old computer. Downloaded "HighFPSPhysics Fix", downloaded "Sprint Stuttering Fix" along with "F4SE" and "Address Library", I capped my fps to 60 using Radeon Chill. I lowered my settings to High, it was originally set to Ultra, someone said that it was smoother, it wasn't. The only good thing is that the "highfpsphysics" mod fixed the horrendously long loading times that I noticed very early on. Back to the stuttering and fps issues, I drop 30 to 40 fps and my game flash freezes for a brief second before going back to normal. I looked at the troubleshoot guides and stuff, but no. Would like to know if anyone else has to deal with this too. I know Nvidia players have to turn off weapon debris and cap fps as well to get the so promised 60fps. Not to mention widescreen support and FOV slider. Oh well....

I had stuttering, currently have everything on Ultra, but shadows on Medium. No more stuttering.

The second update requires you to update F4SE (new: 0.7.2), the Address Library (new: AIO) and the High FPS Physics Fix (new: 0.8.10).

The latest update also reintroduced the old behaviour for iPresentInterval (plus some new surprises) and you may have to modify the ini file to the High FPS Physics Fix again.

If you are still getting some stutters, then apparently the updated game seems to have introduced some stutter near spawn sites. I have not seen any good explanation for it yet though.

If you are getting micro stutters then try to leave vsync off in the game (iPresentInterval=0 ... it works again!) and also leave off vsync in the High FPS Physics Fix, set your driver to low latency mode and enable vsync only in the driver together with variable refresh rate. Syncing it directly in the driver, but nowhere else may give the best experience.

F4SE and the rest are updated, I'll check the ini files and set the presentinterval to 0 when I get off work. I'll see if I can turn on vsync and low latency on my driver. Sometimes turning different things on, turns off Radeon Chill and I can't cap my frame rate. We'll see, a lot of work just to run an old game, bless you Todd.

I'll give that a try as well.
