It is ballistic weave friendly
This was my main complaint about it. And using any range sights that are not a scope while cloaked.
Suit's invisibility is not as effective as a stealthboy and there is this issue not being able to see your pipboy screen properly in invisible mode. With combining it's low resistances, It's almost useless i can say.
I don't like being the one person in the universe with the only super-duper gun evaaa.
As for the suit, I do remember something like that in Fallout New Vegas which I did use a bit, but that was part of the default game and the enemy had it too.
It's great for melee stealth builds. Being a always active stealth boy in terms of usefulness. But I give it a hard pass when doing mainly a range weapon build.
So let's remove the balance factor but only for the player.
