The Midnight Ride PRP causing ctd
I followed The Midnight Rides' guide from a completely fresh install of steam, fallout 4 and MO2, but I can't launch the game through MO2 without it failing to enter full screen and crashing to desktop.
I only have mods from the Midnight Ride guide, in his exact load order, but for whatever reason I receive this at the top of my crash log:
Fallout 4 v1.10.163
Buffout 4 v1.28.6

Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF63C5B9300 Fallout4.exe+0DB9300

I can confirm the game launches normally through MO2 with prp disabled, and the only mod that's causing the crash is the prp. I think it must have something to do with external permissions or display settings, as I've tried both the prp plugin downloads with the available resources to confirm I wasn't using mismatched branches or anything. I have gone through The Midnight Ride's guide looking for anything I may have done differently or missed, but the only thing I've done is manually downgrade using the depot downloads, and I have tested using the downgrader after and confirmed it was a successful downgrade.
I have a 2023 lenovo legion so I shouldn't be running into hardware limitations, I have also installed and tested midnight ride's nvidia specific plugins to no avail.

Everything comes down to something in the PRP mod, installed it can't find the right screen size and crashes after 20 seconds, disabled/uninstalled everything seems to work smoothly.

Any help would be hugely appreciated

Further testing;
Launched from F4SE outside MO2, and it detected the right display size and played normally.
Attempted to disable all mods on MO2 and launch through the MO2 F4SE launcher, it plays but can't detect my display size. I'm assuming there's some setting or something to detect display in the MO2 I'm missing??

Another Update:
An entirely fresh install of steam and fallout 4, testing the manual and exe downgrader, turning off weapon debris, and updating my entire computer have stopped any launch attempts at all. Even from a fresh, updated, entirely vanilla game only launched through steam I am given the launcher and it's initial notification about graphics settings, then, almost immediately after launch, the game crashes.

Running into the same issue. Game was running fine for 3 hours of playtime before I started to get the same error. Weapon debris has always been off.

I've never once been able to get PRP to be stable, pre-NG or post. Even with no other mods aside from Creation Club content, I have missing textures and objects in a number of specific places that have remained constant over years, the most constant being the building that makes up the exterior of Monsignor Plaza.

If it doesn't work for you, skip it. A handful of TMR's suggestions are questionable, or at the very least situational.
