what are the best quest mods to use these days?

what quest mods do you all use? which ones do you like the most?

im about to start a new game and i have about 350 mods, but almost no quest mods. are there any good ones that are compatible with most mods that can just be dropped into anyones game without causing issues? which ones do you guys recommend? they can be big or small. they can be older as long as they work without any issues. also im talking about playing pre next gen update.

i just have Simple Bounties, it adds a board with bounties you can pick up like radiant quests. its not much but it works without any problems.

Sim Settlements 2 has an entire voiced quest line that will take you a long time to complete if you like settlement building.

the only one I would trust right with the NG issues and F4SE and MCM is sim settlements 2.
