Damn Apocalypse - West Tek Screws

Could anybody help me out with that? In DA - Power Armor module is an item, west tek screws, which are needed to repair higher tier PA but I cannot find the recipe. There's no discord and the comments on Vortex are turned off. It states that they can be found in military installations but so far no luck.

IIRC, I found it in a vertibird that crashed in the glowing sea. It says it's the service manual, but I can't seem to figure out how to make the screws.

Have either tried looking with the console?

You might be able to find a magazine then use placeatme or find a perk that unlocks it and give yourself the perk.

As for military places to look....
I would try Fort Strong, South Boston checkpoint, National Guard armory, the garage at Fort Hagen (not the one you enter for Kellogg, the one down the hill with a frame.) Then maybe the Atom Cats?

You can buy them from the Atom Cats.
They have a maintenance and a service manual. The service manual lets you make screws. I think the maintenance manual lets you repair broken suits you find in the field. You can also use armor and gunsmith perks for that, so it's not a hard requirement.
