I can't even get the 198 version to run from F4SE anymore...
or the 1.39 file?
1.4batea 2 is for NG fallout4, but its a beta, so it may not work for all.
1.39 is for the "old" fallout 4..
It did not show up for me until I started a new game.
Not all mods been updated yet so they maybe blocking MCM from showing.
F4SE - Compatible with runtime 1.10.984.
All native code plugins (.dlls) need to be updated by their creators for 1.10.980+.
Old native code plugins not loading is not a problem with F4SE. (nexusmods)
MCM shows up in pause menu for me when loading game through that exe. It does not show up for me when loading through steam.
