But most of them are not, at least compared to what I envision when I think of this. The one that most qualifies is the Misery mod for Stalker CoP. That's a survival game. Finding a chocolate bar or half a mag of 5.56 is a real triumph.
It makes damage received more realistic but guns still function retardedly, it makes food/water/sleep necessary but it doesn't make the game any more challenging because they are easy to come by.
Maybe I'll look into those.
The entire reason I thought of it is that it actually makes food, rest, water hard to come by, and makes combat extremely dangerous.
