Cannot unlock maglock doors
Anyone else having issues with maglock doors?

I get on the terminals to unlock them and get to the point where it says doors are unlocking, but they never do.
Tried using console commands to unlock the doors and that doesn't work either, even though it says "Unlocked".
Also, once I've used console commands to try and unlock these doors, no other commands work either, so if I try tcl after it doesn't work, even if it worked just fine BEFORE trying to unlock the door.

So the issue is with actually unlocking the damn doors it seems. Any idea what I can do to fix this besides just tcl though them for the rest of the game?

I have tried reinstalling and no luck. Going back to an older save does not help.
No mods btw, before they get blamed for this too.

What is your frame rate? Having a FPS too far above 60 causes issues with the game. Maglock doors not opening being one of them. Many things in the game are tied to the FPS, like dialogue timings, lockpicking, jump height, and script timings.

Use the terminal to unlock the door - it will unlock eventually but you can speed it up by tapping the quicksave key

walk to the lock door and stand against it and make a quicksave

Tried the quicksave trick before many times in different ways, as it's posted all over, didn't work.

140+, I've adjusted settings on the NVidia control panel before to get the dialogue to stop overlapping, which it did, but FPS still showing as 140+ usually. Unless there's another way to get it to 60 and below?
