do mods disable achievements?

Hi. was planning to replay this game after a long time, but for the first time on pc. i like going for achievements. but since its a replay, i was thinking of maybe throwing some mods into the game.

i know skyrim had this issue, but since they have thrown updates on FO4 lately im assuming those mods are outdated now if needed

Depends on the mod. I've read that there's a mod to reenable cheevos is something disabled them.

Yes. But as Eric said, there is a mod that re-enable them.

Thanks :) do you know if the mods are up to date considering the new fallout patches? the first one i found had an update on early april. but last FO4 update was on april 25 wasnt it?

and i saw alot of the comments on it saying they cant make it work :(

The re-enabler requires fallout 4 script extender (f4se) and i am not sure how far that thing is. It was beta state until bethesda released the patch for the patch so.....

in the case is doesnt work then. would starting normal and then adding if in a already started save go well? just so i can maybe add it when its definitely fixed :)

You can re-enable achievements with Achievements Mods Enabler

there are a couple of mods that re enable achievements. I would look closely, as one wasnt updated last i checked, and i switched to another.

but now im using the unlimited survival mod, and it also has a an enable achievements option with it. so i uninstalled the separate mod i was using.

an i am on update 2 of the next gen, with f4se and all working fine.

My link works without update, using it myself with the DLL loader.
