Are the new weapons, appearel or weapon stuff free for everyone or only for those who pay the price of them in CC?

Next Gen FO update includes all of those with the base game.
I personally think it breaks the base game balance and there are mods listed here and on Nexus to disable to delay the new CC content on the NG FO4

All I'm asking if the new stuff they bring in needed to be paid in order to access them in game

Pretty sure you still have to do the related quests to get the armor, and then kill Enclave guys to get the weapons, more armor.

Also, if you do manage to snag armor early on, low level players dont have the fusion cores to keep it running, or the materials to keep it repaired.

Middle to late game characters benefit from it more, especially if you unlock the Atom Cats and get Rowdy to sell things to you. She always sells Fusion Cores.

Nope, theyre included with the update.

If you go into the CC and scroll thru, it will be marked as "owned"
