he’s got a somewhat realistic/relatable backstory, is a self taught sniper and hitman, gives you ammo when you talk to him AND he also has a son and lost his wife

I can tell you the best companion in FO4 is also the first one you meet (and a familiar face). But what if that familiar can be turned into someone even more cool and useful?

I am talking of: Codsworth, as a metalskin Synth!

And while you are traipsing around the Commonwealth gather odd companions for your odd adventures, why not add some hidden armor mod to your companions, so you can outfit them in cool costumes (doesn't Codsworth look cool in that black suit like a Mafia hitman?!), while their ugly armors stay hidden and yet actively useful to protect them from harm!

Ive found that the thruster robots you can create have the least chance of getting hung up on terrain. Sentry bots, like Frank, are the worst. Bipedal ones are good, but I like variety.

I ran into a rust devil protectron Ive never seen before last night, the Protectron basilisk.

I wish I could build them.

Has he own voiced dialogues, personal quests, hates Piper, hates the Institute, vending dialogue, hacks computers (and it levels), has her own quests, has a transponder to summon her, and does NOT whine and complain when you loot objects.
