Mod page has people complaining about naked NPCs only wearing the helmet from the mod.
This is what happens when mod makers don’t actually know what they’re doing in regards to leveled lists and when they change NPC records in relation to their inventories and gear.
Either uninstall the mod, or learn how to use FO4Edit to fix it yourself.
One possible in-game solution that works in Skyrim when things like this occur is to open the console, select the NPC, enter “disable”, then enter “enable” (without clicking elsewhere or closing the console).
You will see the NPC disappear and then reappear, and they may now have clothes on.
“restinventory” also would work in Skyrim sometimes, but I’m not sure if that’s actually a command for FO4.
Can't move or place objects outside of a build area, for example you want a sink or player bed outside. Then you need Creation Kit.
Want to remove the grime mask from an NPC? Can't do that in xEdit, you need Creation kit.
Caravan guards can also spawn without any clothes and I have a mod for that, which looks a bit better at least.
I don't have the Creation kit and never used xEdit and I woulnd't know how to fix the level list for Nimrouts mod ,which I'm not gonna unistall and having to restart my character again with way too much progress.
