Mod deployment with Vortex.. (SOLVED)

I have tried install mods manually and even though they "worked" after manually checked in game MODS menu I had some doubts if things are working as supposed to be...

So I changed my mind, made clean install of game and installed Vortex and all mods via it.

But now I struggle with deployment. Originally there was issue with using different drive than game is installed so i changed this and it moved all files properly it seems. Now only announcement I get is that F4SE is not installed - I am unsure but imho this should be not needed.

I have tried disable and enable all mods but behaviour is still same - If I run the game through Vortex I get message there is pending deployment, so I click deploy and... nothing. Game starts right after but no mod seem be active either in MODS menu or in game... So I am bit clueless now.

What I can do?

EDIT: ok, managed to fix this by switch deployment method to experiemental and back to hardlink
